Affinity Partnership Proves Beneficial for IKECA and Its Members

The International Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Association (IKECA) recognized the need for  internal debt recovery assistance. After exploring many options and exercising due diligence, we decided to engage in an partnership with Altus, which has proven extremely beneficial to our organization and our members.

First and most importantly, IKECA has established an Affinity Partnership, a value-added program with Altus that benefits our members by securing past due monies for their company and a royalty program that gives back to their organization which in turn serves their needs.

Secondly, as an Altus customer, we receive the benefits of their expert collection services. Traditional collection approaches could potentially damage customer relationships. However, Altus’ approach is strategic and carefully calculated. Thirdly, our members have peace-of-mind by knowing they are working with an agency their association knows and trusts. All collection agencies are not created equal.
