Accessibility Statement

What we do

Accessibility is built into the Site's code rather than added on top of it. We do not use accessibility overlay widgets; instead we fix issues at the source. Our practices include:

• Semantic HTML structure with headings and landmarks, plus a skip-to-content link.
• Full keyboard operation with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
• Labeled form fields, with errors announced to assistive technology.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images, and a text version of our overview video, which has no narration.
• Color contrast that meets WCAG AA in our design system, and respect for your operating system's reduced-motion setting.

How we test

We test the Site with automated tools based on the axe-core engine, by navigating with a keyboard only, and with screen readers such as VoiceOver. We re-test when we add or substantially change pages, and we track and prioritize the issues we find.

Known limitations

Some content is provided by third parties and is outside our direct control, including embedded maps, the meeting-scheduling calendar, the live-chat widget, and external websites linked from location pages. They may not fully meet the same standard. If you have trouble with any of them, call or email us and we will help you directly — for example, by scheduling a meeting by phone.
